Phase 1 is a site lease. The home is yours — not a path into ownership later, and not a mystery HOA. Site lease starts at $300 a month and depends on the site. We sit down with the lease, utilities, and site map before anything is signed.
Nature is the amenity
Walking paths and the woods are on the property. It is 54 acres of Morgan County woodland for people who want quiet more than a clubhouse. The boat ramp is down the road.
Boat storage on site
Leave the boat or trailer in the storage lot. The ramp is down the road, so you drive to the water instead of towing from town every Friday.
What comes next
When Eden Woods fills, a later phase is planned for two-bedroom models. Phase 1 stays porch homes: Tiny, Classic, and Modern Casa.
