Phase 1 is Eden Woods: 29 porch-home sites for retirees, weekend households, and people who already work at the lake and want a place that is actually affordable.

Two display homes are on the ground now. You own the home. Prices start at the published number, and that price includes setup. Options change the cost. Site lease starts at $300 a month. We walk the lease and utilities in person before anything is signed.
